Greenatural’s Loofah sponge provides a natural alternative to conventional plastic dish sponges.
It’s derived from a plant of the Cucurbitaceae family, which also contains pumpkins, courgettes and cucumbers.
The elongated fruit is dried, leaving only an internal fibrous mesh – a truly natural, plastic-free, and biodegradable sponge suitable for various uses. From skin cleansing and exfoliation to household and kitchen applications.

he loofah sponge appears as a dry and hard mesh, so it must first be softened with water. You can use it either by pouring Greenatural dish soap directly onto it, or with hot water in which you have already immersed dishes and cookware with detergent.
After washing, rinse the sponge and allow it to dry to avoid the proliferation of germs and bacteria.
Just a reminder that all sponges should be replaced regularly. When your loofah sponge needs replacing, it can go straight into the compost or organic waste, being fully plant-based.
