Anise essential oil is extracted through a steam distillation process of the Illicium Verum fruit. This oil has a sweet yet pungent smell. In cosmetics, it is used to treat acne and skin impurities. It is also known for its purifying and repellent properties to keep lice away.
Cosmetic Use: add a few drops of essential oil in another vegetable oil (ex. Almond oil) and massage in the interested area. Or add a few drops in your bath water.
