Before use:
Sterilize Natù by boiling it for at least 3-5 minutes.
Inserting the cup:
After carefully washing your hands with a neutral soap, fold Natù into a “U” shape and hold it still, between thumb and forefinger, as close to the base as possible.
With your free hand, gently spread your labia majora and insert the cup into your vagina so that it is positioned about a knuckle from the entrance. Remove your fingers and the cup will open and position itself automatically.
Removing the cup:
Natù must be emptied, rinsed and reinserted every 4/8
hours (depending on the intensity of the flow).
