Natù is available in two sizes to suit all women, depending on age and any natural births:
Size 1 – for teens and women under 30 y.o. (not given birth vaginally)
Size 2 – for women over 30 y.o (given birth vaginally)
Before use:
Sterilize it, completely plunged in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Insertion of the cup:
After washing carefully your hands with clean water and a mild soap, fold the cup in a U-fold and keep it folded between you thumb and forefinger.
With your free hand, make the outer labia wider and insert the cup until it is entirely inside your vagina. Remove your fingers and let the cup pop open.
Extraction of the cup:
Natù should be emptied, rinsed and reinserted every 4/8 hours (according to the intensity of the menstraul flow).
