Tea Tree essential oil is extracted from the leaf of the Melaleuca Alternifolia tree, through a distillation process. This oil has a fresh, strong and balsamic smell. In cosmetics, it is used to treat irritated skin, bug stings, burns and vaginal infections for its purifying and balancing properties. Excellent to prevent pediculosis.
Cosmetic Use: add a few drops of essential oil in another vegetable oil (ex. Almond oil) and massage in the interested area. Or add a few drops in your bath water.
