The shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS or TNT with tracking and drop-off without signature. Regardless of the shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees apply to each of them. The package will be shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to protecting fragile items.
The boxes are generously sized, and the items are well-protected.
How long will it take to receive my package?
The delivery time for individual products is displayed directly on the product page (usually 2 working days). The shipping and delivery date of the order will be shown in the cart and at checkout after entering the shipping address and courier details.
In the event that the ordered merchandise is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be promptly informed. Our packages are shipped from Italy, which means that during Italian holidays and company closure dates (such as the week of 15 August, the last week of December, and the first week of January), orders will not be shipped, and customer service will not be available

In this case, there are a few options: a new delivery attempt or a pickup notification at the branch indicated by the carrier assigned to deliver the package.

You can also specify a different delivery address so that you can receive the package elsewhere (e.g., at your workplace or a family member's home).
Online Purchases and Right of Withdrawal
Purchases made on the greenatural.it and greenatural.com websites are governed by Italian law regarding the sale of products through the website. These fall under the scope of the Online Purchase Service and constitute a distance contract regulated by Title III, Chapter I (Articles 45 and onwards) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”) and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, which contains regulations for electronic commerce. .
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reasons within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:
a) From the day you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods; or
b) In the case of the purchase of multiple goods delivered separately, from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last item; or
c) In the case of the delivery of goods consisting of lots or multiples, from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
If your order includes a “Cofanetto” (box) containing various pieces (referred to as a “Kit” or “GreenBox” or by another name), the Product is constituted by the entire Cofanetto/Kit as a whole. This is because the packaging of the Cofanetto contains legally required information, such as the INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients), which indicates the product’s ingredients. Consequently, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised in relation to the entire Cofanetto/Kit/GreenBox and not individual pieces contained within it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by regular mail or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Please note:
I) The right of withdrawal is excluded in cases specified in Article 59 of the Consumer Code. Specifically, this applies to contracts concluded through our website concerning the supply of: a) Custom-made or clearly personalized goods; b) Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; c) Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery (e.g., creams, sunscreens, and cosmetic products in general, menstrual cups, etc.); d) Food products delivered with regular expiration dates. The supply of a cosmetic product is considered opened if the packaging containing it is opened.
II) In the case of withdrawal related to Cofanetti and/or Kits, since the Product consists of the entire Cofanetto/Kit, if even one piece inside the Cofanetto and/or Kit is opened, the decrease in value is considered to be at least 50% of the cost of the entire Cofanetto. Greenproject Italia reserves the right to deduct a higher amount from the refund if the decrease in value suffered by the Cofanetto/Kit exceeds 50% due to improper handling.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. The refund may be suspended until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods to our warehouse at the following address: Greenproject Italia srl, Via Remis 9, San Vito al Torre (UD). The goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. In the event that the goods, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail, we inform you that the maximum estimated return cost is 10 Euro.
You are responsible only for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For returns from abroad:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs fees charged by the courier upon package acceptance will be deducted from the amount of the returned items (so the refund amount will be the difference between the amount of the returned items and the customs fees). Returns will not be accepted, and refunds or replacements will not be possible if the returned products are opened, used, or not in their original packaging. All other rules/exclusions/indications mentioned above remain valid.
